Hmmmm...
I guess you really do need to understand German for this to make sense!
However, I feel that regardless of what language you speak, sailing/nautical terms can be translated in any language...
"I like the cut of your jib" = "You're HOT!"
There is a difference in this "hot stuff":
Die ist heiβ (heiss)
is not / ist nicht
Du Bist Heiβ!
